From a sentence to a scored questionnaire in your library

Outcome tracking should not be limited to the instruments a platform happens to ship with. Open the assessment questionnaire builder, name the questionnaire you want, paste in your own questions, or describe what you need to measure, and a complete scored questionnaire comes back: the questions, the answer options with the score behind each one, and what each total-score range means. Ask for a published instrument by name and the platform checks its own catalog first, so where we hold a checked copy, you get it word for word with its source credited, and where we do not, we say so rather than writing a version from memory. Refine it in conversation, save it to your library, and it sits in the assessment picker beside the built-in instruments: send it or schedule it, the client completes it in their portal, and it scores itself, plots on the outcome charts and exports to PDF.
